Shipping

Orders will usually take 4-7 business days to arrive, depending on the courier.

Orders that are shipped from France might take an additional 5-7 business days.

All shipments are sent with a tracking number.

Return 

Submit a return request via email: info@unecollective.com

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new items, therefore, we’ll gladly accept a return within 14 days of receiving your order. 

To be eligible for a return, the items must be unworn, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. All tags must be intact and the items returned in their original packaging. Must not be sale items or orders including a discount of greater than 15%. These items are final sale and are NOT eligible for return.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. Refunds will be issued as store credit.

A 40% restocking fee applies.

Return shipping is covered by the customer. We recommend that you ship with a tracking number.

To complete your return, please mark your request as RETURN and include your proof of purchase and Order ID number.
